Public Walks

Forest Therapy Victoria public walks are held around the state in national parks, public gardens, and reserves.

Led by a fully trained guide, your three hour session will involve a gentle walk under the trees, with a series of activities and exercises designed to enhance your connection to and experience of nature.

Shown to benefit stress levels, blood pressure, immune systems, blood sugar, concentration, sleep and creativity, our public walks are designed to help you de-stress from the rapid pace of life. Sign up and experience nature in a way you never have before!
